Welcome to Passionate Pathways Coaching. By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Passionate Pathways Coaching provides life coaching and related services. All sessions are conducted online via Zoom unless otherwise agreed. Session content is for personal development and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical, legal, or professional advice.

2. Booking and Payment

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system.

Payments are accepted via credit/debit card only.

Full payment is required at the time of booking, or you may choose a payment plan if available. Payment plan details, including the number of installments and due dates, will be provided at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or missed sessions may not be refunded.

Payment obligations under any chosen payment plan remain in effect even if sessions are missed or rescheduled.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and resources, is the property of Passionate Pathways Coaching and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Passionate Pathways Coaching is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. Coaching outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date updated.
