The Company operates under a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and may utilize “Doing Business As” (DBA) names, including Break Never Bury Athletics and Passionate Pathways Coaching.

All services may be delivered by the Company and/or independent contractors operating under these brands.

We provide services including but not limited to:

• Personal training
• Fitness coaching
• Nutrition coaching (non-medical)
• Mindset and life coaching
• Accountability and goal-setting coaching
• Online programs and digital products

All services are educational and informational in nature.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase services.

We may provide services to individuals under 18 years of age with verified parental or legal guardian consent. In such cases:
A parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms.

The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s participation.
By using this site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

By participating in any physical training or fitness-related service, you acknowledge and agree:

• You are voluntarily engaging in physical activity that may involve risk of injury, illness, or death
• You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages
• You confirm you are physically able to participate or have consulted a physician

You hereby waive, release, and discharge the Company from any liability for injuries or damages arising from participation in training sessions, gym use, or programs.

Coaching services (including mindset, life, and accountability coaching):

• Do not guarantee results
• Require active participation and personal responsibility
• Are not therapy or counseling services

We do not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric services. Nothing on this website or in our programs should be interpreted as:

• Medical advice
• Diagnosis or treatment
• Mental health therapy

Always consult a licensed professional for such services.

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing
• Payment plans must be completed in full regardless of usage
• Missed sessions are forfeited unless rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions

No refunds are provided for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of results
• Failure to attend sessions

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the session
• Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services

Some trainers and coaches operate as independent contractors.

The Company is not liable for the individual actions, omissions, or conduct of independent contractors. Each contractor is responsible for their own services and professional standards.

For any online programs, guides, or digital content:

• Content is for personal use only
• You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell materials
• Access may be revoked if misuse is detected

No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.

All content, branding, logos, programs, and materials are the intellectual property of the Company.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce content
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Modify or distribute content without written permission

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with website functionality

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Injuries sustained during training
• Loss of income or business opportunities
